poor ventilationstuffy stay
The room had a peculiar setup. It lacked a proper window and instead faced an internal corridor overlooking a patio (felt a bit like living in a fancy storage closet). i expected an open courtyard view as the description suggested, but alas, it was not to be. this resulted in poor ventilation, a real bummer. also, the air conditioning struggled to keep up, a slightly stuffy stay. (not the end of the world, but still)

Not Impressed with Noise and Cleanliness

The hotel location is good.
My room lacked a window and seemed like a prison, only artificial light was there. Noise was a constant issue since I could hear staff conversations frequently. The room wasnt clean. I found dust and hairs. I'm not happy.

i had room 201. it featured a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian area and orange trees. the bed felt huge and so comfy! the location rocks, close to the setas. church bells rang, but stopped at night. the room stayed quiet, awesome!
the shower head dripped a little, but i just laid it down. the towels were smaller, but it wasn't a big deal. everything else was awesome!

My room had a large, comfortable bed and a small balcony. It faced a pedestrian plaza. the balcony included views of orange trees and a nearby church. the room was super quiet!

the hotel provides luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, very useful. the location offers easy access to key attractions. a fantastic restaurant is across the plaza! it is open from 8 pm.

the staff members spoke some english, and they were pretty helpful! they gave handy tips and maps. check-in was easy. the receptionist gave me great info!

the terrace upstairs was a real treat for me. it offered a calm escape right in the city center. also the building had a traditional design with good facilities.
the parking was located a considerable distance from the hotel.
